Ragna's tentacles look sort of stubby in this picture.

The joke was, "There once was a snail named Sam who was tired of being late all the time, so he got a tiny car to ride around in and painted an S on the side (possibly for Sam and possibly for snail), and everywhere he drove people would always say 'Look at that little S car go!'"
