Ok, so this my new, updated version of this page, which I think fixes some of the problems. Let me know. I will say that Akhektuak is not flying with wings: he has pouches which fill with lighter-than-air gas and then he propels himself with his tail, swimming through the air like some sort of aerial tadpole. That thing trailing behind him is sort of a sash/belt.
Also, the cool pillar things are majestic from far away, but super stumpy-looking up close. This was also intentional. (That part may not be true.) |
