All right, I have high hopes about getting back on track next week. I'm mostly moved in, and I've just got my new printer, so I should have time to plan things out and then should be able to scan things. You may ask, "Why update with pages that are just doodles and not just go on some sort of brief hiatus?" The answer is that I've seen too many comics go on hiatus and never come back, and it's my view that what keeps living webcomics separate from dead ones is that the living ones maintain momentum and keep updating. By posting these robot pictures, I continue to fulfill my obligation to the comic, at least in part, and maintain enough momentum that I can easily move back to doing real pages again. That's the hope at least. I've gotten this far, and I want to be done by, say, mid-April of next year, so I need to keep going. |
