Both of the people with Akhektuak are meant to be surprised. Both of them are just now learning that Akhektuak is an agent of the Queen. Incidentally, it's hard doing facial expressions. I'd say it's particularly hard when your characters are strange, other-worldly beings, but I'm not great at facial expressions on people either. Maybe someday you all will get to see just how bad I am at them.
