Chronicle comic

Originally I was going to go into a complicated tax plan whereby the prince eliminated taxes completely for a few years before instituting a reduced tax rate that would then ramp up to a slightly higher than normal tax rate until the back taxes had been paid off, at which point the tax rate would go back down to normal. Ultimately, I decided that that would take several pages that no one would enjoy very much. So there you go. I do occasionally do some editing of my comic.
