As a bit of explanation here, since I'm not sure how much this will be explained in the future: Ragna's people are hermaphroditic, sometimes going into fertile times when they become female. As such, what Ragna is saying is that he has fathered two children but has not mothered any children. Culturally, children typically stay with their mother and inherit the mother's business and assets, so Ragna is currently without an heir. Fortunately he has some time.
