Something you may have noticed over these pages (though you can't actually see it on this page) is that the receptionist only has one pair of horns while Juktapa Selka has two. This is an indication of age. As their species ages, they grow more pairs of horns. I don't know how many pairs can be grown, though if you look back at the story that Juktapa Selka told back in Chapter 4, you can see that when Master Ondashi was telling stories, he had three pairs of horns while Juktapa Selka only had one stubby pair, but in the story itself, Ondashi had two pairs of horns. |
